There are many steps that go into making great coffee. We recently discovered many of the little ones that go unnoticed on Finca San Antonio.
Back in May, Coffee Hunters trundled off to Guatemala to visit some of the farms from our wonderful producers. Along the way he spent time with Antonio Pullin Pivaral of Finca San Antonio in Municipio Villa Canales. The farm has been organic certified since 1992 and as such uses no chemical fertilisers or pesticides.
During his trip, Will Corby explored the 91.5 hectare of cultivated farm with Antonio, discovering along the way the ins and outs of maintaining an organic coffee plantation.
