She moved to the UK in 2009 to work for Monmouth Coffee Company where she developed her skills in specialty coffee. From 2009 to 2012, she obtained her certifications in barista, latte art, brewing, roasting and professional cupping from The London School of Coffee. In 2013, she co-founded Ceresia Coffee Roasters – a coffee roastery in Bangkok. This added on to her learning curve exposing her with great experience to the fast growing and dynamic market of specialty coffee in Southeast Asia.
